Talons Cove golf course first for play in 2004. The course was designed by Gene Bates.
Talons Cove golf course sets up from 5,128 to 7, 096 yards depending on which tees you prefer, offers a challenging-yet-enjoyable round of golf. The par-3's at TalonsCove are a serious challenge. Think about their signature hole. The par-3, 6th Hole plays to 260. If you can't drive it 250 yards and hit the green, you will not be on in regulation.
Keeping your eye on the ball is no easy task when the views are as magnificent as those seen from all 18 holes at TalonsCove at Saratoga Springs. This is Championship golf on the scenic shores of Utah Lake! The views across Utah Lake to the Wasatch Mountains are impressive.

The pace of play was extremely slow. A lynx style course, lots of soon to be foreclosed houses on course. Could have been something nice. Clubhouse is posh. Fairways are fine if you stay on them, otherwise forget it. Greens were putt-able.

Greens & fairways are excellent. Bunkers are badly in need of maintenance, no loose sand at all. Skill required. Beginners will struggle with heavy bunkering, tight fairways, and prevailing winds.
